Privacy policy
This policy explains how we process the personal data you leave on auraib.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect
Only what the demo form asks for: the name of the property, a phone number and, if you provide it, an email address. We use no analytics, no profiling, no advertising and no third-party cookies, so we collect no browsing data linked to you.
Why we process it
Solely to get in touch with you, prepare the demo you asked for and answer your questions. We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given when you tick the box on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before then.
Recipients and processors
The form is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as a processor under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR. Where processing involves an international transfer, it relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We share your data with no one else.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from your request if no contractual relationship follows; after that it is deleted. If you become a client, it is kept for the duration of the relationship and, once it ends, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to privacidad@auraib.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your request has not been properly handled.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, applies strict security headers and stores no form data in any database of ours: submissions are delivered by email to the contact mailbox and kept there under access control.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will publish the new version on this same page with its update date.
